SIM cards work on multiple frequencies, the more bands and frequencies your SIM card has in common with the devices listed frequencies, the better. It means your lone worker device will be able to pick up either the carrier’s VoLTE or 4G LTE more readily, in more places.

You want to especially make sure your device works on the carrier’s primary bands, as they represent the majority of the network signal they put out. Check with your local carrier to find out their main frequency band in your area.
