New Zealand Users
Use with 2Degrees, One.nz or Spark SIM cards. SIM Cards require credit with voice, sms & data capability.
Please follow ‘setting up your SIM card’ instructions from your network carrier in full before inserting into the device.
Australian Users
4G Telstra. Brand new cards are recommended. SIM Cards require credit with voice, sms & data capability.
Vodafone & Optus may also work in most areas – To confirm Vodafone or Optus coverage in your area, use a personal SIM card in the device to test Voice & SMS
Before you put the SIM card in the alarm – please ensure the Voicemail, SMS & Calling functions are working correctly in a normal cell phone before putting the SIM card in the device. Always restart the device after changing SIM cards.
Please charge your device for 6 hours before 1st use. Best to leave it by the window during this time so it may pick up and connect to GPS.
You program the device by sending it text commands from your own cell phone.
