Before you put the SIM card in the alarm – please ensure the SMS & Calling functions are working correctly and set up your voice mail on a normal cell phone before putting the SIM card in the device. Always restart the device after changing SIM cards.
Please charge your device for 6 hours before 1st use. Best to leave it by the window during this time so it may pick up and connect to GPS.
You program the device by sending it text commands from your own cell phone.
The settings 90% of users use can be found quickly in the ‘Start Guide’. All other programming can be found in the ‘SMS programming guide’.

Additional Methods of Programming.
If your device is not responding to SMS messages or calls after SIM card set up, its possible your network requires an APN to be preset into the device prior to programming. You can use a Window App to program the device also. More information on how to do basic programming and app download here
